Delivering Socks to Feet in Need

Socks for Homeless Soles is a small group consisting of just 4 women who drive spot-to-spot to ensure anyone who needs them has some clean socks at the ready, and some good food in their bellies.

We began in 2015, when we were delivering blankets to the homeless and one man asked us for socks. It was then that we learned that socks are the least donated, most requested item of clothing, and we knew that something so many of us take for granted every day could make a world of difference to our houseless friends. Since then we have made weekly trips into NYC and around NJ, delivering socks and care packages directly to people in need.

We have made many friends along the way, and we love what we do.
